2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: full name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the message content. In addition, our server and the tools we use may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to an enquiry sent via the form — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take action at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performance of any contract and related communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- The controller's legitimate interest, e.g. handling enquiries and pursuing claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data recipients and external tools
Your data may be entrusted to the trusted service providers we use:
- Formspree — handling contact form submissions.
- Google Maps — directions map (loaded only after you click).
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protecting the form against spam.
- The website hosting provider.
Using Google services may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, under the terms specified by the provider.
5. Retention period
We keep correspondence data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and maintain contact, and then for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
7. Cookies
In its basic scope, the website does not use unnecessary cookies. Google Maps loads only after you click and may then store its own cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
